Pakistan troops have violated the ceasefire agreement for the 11th consecutive night, firing on Indian posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. The firing began in Kupwara and Baramulla districts and spread to other sectors, including Poonch, Rajouri, Mendhar, Naushera, Sunderbani, and Akhnoor. The Indian Army responded promptly and proportionately. The ceasefire violation comes despite a recent phone call between the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of India and Pakistan on April 29. A 22-year-old youth from Telangana, Sai Teja Nukarapu, was shot dead at a gas station in the United States where he was working. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday Indian time near Chicago. Sai Teja was not on duty but helping a friend who asked him to stay on for some time. The friend had gone out on some work. Sai Teja had completed his BBA in India and was pursuing his MBA in the US. He was also doing a part-time job at the gas station.
